barrière anti voiture bélier - Carblock System

Anti-ram barriers

The CARBLOK SYSTEM anti-intrusion vehicle barrier is an anti-attack device.

It is a guardrail whose function is the protection of the public (or infrastructures) during various events, against ram-vehicles.

The strong points of the CARBLOK SYSTEM anti-ram vehicle barrier are that it is not only easy to handle and install, but also provides effective protection against the assault of a ram vehicle.

In addition, this device offers functionalities that no other barrier offers to date: audible alarm, light signals, motion or shock detection, image capture (optional) in case of incident.

Finally, an administration interface makes it easy to manage your fleet of barriers, to control the various electronic devices and to receive alerts.

Embedded electronics in each of our barrier.

Optional, a secure website to manage your barriers, control electronic devices, and receive alerts.

For even more simplicity and ergonomics, the administration of the barriers and the control of the electronic equipment can also be done through the secure smartphone application.

The administration website and the smartphone application are based on a secure IT infrastructure. Your data is private and protected.

SIMPLE AND MANAGEABLE

The strengths of CARBLOK SYSTEM barrier

As you can see, CARBLOK SYSTEM guardrails are not just simple anti-ramming barriers.

Light but effective, they are also equipped with electronic components that can be remotely controlled, which you will not find in any other anti-ramming system.

The electronics are detailed below.

iButton

Each barrier is equipped with an iButton. It is used to put the barrier in transport mode (so that it does not send an alert when it is moved) or in normal mode. The iButton works on 1-Wire technology and is activated with a magnetic key.

The activation of the barriers is also possible remotely via the administration interface and the smartphone application.

Bluetooth Lock

Attach the barriers to one another. No keys to lose or combinations to forget. Use your smartphone to open or manage your lock. The 9mm diameter shackle is made of boron alloy, which offers maximum resistance to cutting and sawing.

In addition, this fastening system allows a great modularity to assemble the barriers with each other (angular and vertical modularity), unlike competitive barriers whose fastening systems are rigid.

Batteries

The batteries are rechargeable.

Charging is “smart”, with a charge limiter and a line isolation system for batteries that would be defective either due to normal wear and tear or extreme weather conditions (e.g. very high temperatures).

The administration interface and the smartphone application receive an alert when a barrier needs to be recharged.

IMU (inertial measurement unit)

The GPS position of each barrier is read once a day if there is no change in the position of the barrier. If a movement is detected by the IMU (inertial measurement unit) or by the GPS, the position is then read and transmitted every 30 minutes.

The GPS position readings are available through the administration interface or the smartphone application. The GPS positions are kept in the database for 6 months.

The IMU can also detect a possible shock and alert the monitoring center in real time.

Camera

The camera is the only optional component, i.e. it is not installed by default on all barriers.

The image resolution is SVGA.

The camera can be used to:

  • Detect movements and then trigger a related event (send an alert, make the barrier ring, …).
  • Trigger the recording of images if needed (shock, …).

Buzzer

The power of the emitted sound is 85 dB.
The buzzer is triggered:

  • Via the administration interface or the smartphone application (you can trigger the buzzer of a particular barrier or all the buzzers of a group of barriers).
  • Automatically by the IMU, and/or the camera according to your choices.

LED

The LEDs can be activated:

  • Via the administration interface or the smartphone app (on a single barrier or a group of barriers).
  • Automatically by the IMU, and/or the camera according to your choices.

You can choose two modes of operation: flashing or static.

GSM + SIM

Each barrier has a GSM system with its SIM card to communicate with the IT infrastructure (to send an alert, to receive an order to turn on the LEDs for example, …)
The SIM card is valid for 5 years.
